MEA 715: Dynamics of Mesoscale Precipitation Systems

What is covered in this course:   review of basic dynamical and microphysical principles governing precipitation systems; review of radar principles as applied to precipitation systems; shallow layer clouds; nimbostratus; cumulus dynamics; thunderstorms; mesoscale convective systems; hurricanes; and, orographic clouds.
