970107 - The winter season products now include the probability of frozen 
         precipitation forecast.

961111 - We are now making an experimental FROUDE # calculation as 
         part of our model forecast. This product has been of interest
         to the local NWSFO as part of the study of Cold Air Damming in 
         the SE. Please read the information that has been provided 
         about how this value has been calculated. Any feedback on it
         would be very helpful.
         A problem was found in the plotting of the initial state and the
         36 hour forecast, namely they were not being updated. This has 
         been correctes so all plots should be current this afternoon.
