TEACHING AND RESEARCH AREAS
Air Quality and Atmospheric Chemistry: Transport, transformation and fate of pollutants; Natural emissions of trace gases (Nitrogen, Sulfur, and Hydrocarbons); biogeochemical cycling of pollutants; atmospheric monitoring of trace gases; biospheric-atmospheric interactions; photochemical oxidants and gas-to-particle conversion.

Dr. Aneja teaches two undergraduate courses in Introduction to Weather and Climate and Fundamentals of Air Pollution; and a graduate course in Advanced Air Quality. He also teaches numerous short courses. He has advised many undergraduate and graduate (MS and PhD) students in air quality and atmospheric sciences. He has published more than 250 papers, articles, and book chapters and one book.
