Research & Work Experience:

1. Intern at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, June, 2006-Present

Work focuses on (1) application and evaluation on 2002 multi-pollutants platform; (2) 2001/2002 climate modeling study using CMAQ; (3) assisting the simulation of air quality of China using MM5/CMAQ and WRF/CHEM simulation

2. Research Assistant at NC State University, Aug 2005-Present

Current research focuses on (1) The study of the inter-continental transport of Asian air pollutants over the Pacific region using CMAQ; (2) Incorporation of dust emissions and dust related heterogeneous chemistry into CMAQ modeling system; (3) the study of aerosol thermodynamics equilibrium modules

3. Research Assistant at Peking University, China , Sep 2002 - Jul 2005

Main research focuses on the land surface process and the structure of atmospheric boundary layer
