Main tasks included: Evaluation of evapotranspiration estimation techniques, development of evapotranspiration climatology in N.C., meteorological summary and report on the 2007 Easter freeze, and assisting in data requests as a public service.
- State Climate Office of North Carolina, Undergraduate Research Assistant. Main tasks included WRF model runs to investigate the influence of eddies in the Gulf Stream on winter cyclogenesis, development and implementation of software to estimate evapotranspiration at climate monitoring stations across N.C. (sponsored by Department of Crop Science at NCSU).
- State Climate Office of North Carolina, Undergraduate Research Assistant. Main tasks included analysis of the efficiency and accuracy of Degree Day forecasts for Touchstone Energy and N.C. Electric Cooperatives.
