TEACHING AND RESEARCH AREAS:

Introduction to Weather and Climate, Atmospheric Dynamics, Satellite Meteorology, Fundamentals of Meteorology I

Research includes the evolution of near-shore (coastal) frontal systems along the mid-Atlantic coast in winter, severe thunderstorms and tornadoes in the southeast United States, and working with the National Weather Service to improve severe storm warnings.
